I was charged relocation fee of $107 for my fibre broadband relocation. I anticipated this moving and asked while signing up the contract. The starhub employee told me that they will charge a relocation fee, but I can always request for a waiver. So as being a loyal Starhub customer for the past 13 years, I hope to have some perks. Can I request to waive off my relocation charges? Thank you.
