Relocated to new flat. No internet connection

Hi,

 I recently relocated to a new flat and connected the fibre broadband modem. The LOs red light on the modem is blinking and there is no internet connection at the moment. The customer support said their back end guy will check and give a call back. There was no call untill now. Please advice on how to resolve this.

Hi,

 

Have you make the request for Relocation of your Fibre broadband.

 

And there is this Relocation Fee one-time charge of $120 > Fibre Broadband charges

try restart ur routers, if cannot, contact customer service again

I suggest calling the hotline to quickly arrange for the relocation. It will take sometime for the relocation service to happen as they will need to get NLT to reconnect the circuit for you.
