I am a relatively new broadband subscriber of Starhub for the past 4-5 months.
I notice the broadband is very unstable. It is down almost every weekend.
I find this unacceptable considering I am upgrading from a 300 mbps from M1 to a 1 Gbps in StarHub. The service is worst of than what I was getting from M1 all these years.
Can I demand a withdrawal and refund of my subscription? How should I go about request for it? Must I report to CASE first?
It has come to a stage where it is so unbearable.
