Re: Recontract Broadband

1.  First, switch Off the ONT and do use ethernet cable to connect directly bwtween ONT port 1 and to your computer. Then switch On the ONT.

2.  Do a speed test, link below;

http://broadbandspeedtest.starhub.com/speedtestv3.1/

3.  If the speed show it is higher than your previous speed of 300Mbps.

     This mean that they had done the nec upgrade.

4.  If it still show the speed have not change &or same as previous plan of 300Mbps.

Then  do write to http://bit.ly/StarHubQuery

Re: Recontract Broadband

Alternatively of what @eric3743 had said,

You could use the following few option to check on your current plan as well:

- Calling up 1633 and check with the customer service

- Login using Hub ID on either mobile apps or on your computer and check your contract

- visiting Starhub shop and check with the staff.

Usually, if your current equipment are able to support your upgraded plan, they would just change the plan on their end. All you need to do is doing a power cycle on your ONT (Modem) will do.

Re: Recontract Broadband

I have switched off and on the ont and the router. Done a speed test still shows 300mbps.

Alternatively, I login to Starhub online and the plan still shows 300mbps.
