Recontract for 1Gbps broadband service on 15 Mar 2018 , activation on 19 Mar 2018 which was unsuccessful. Got resolved only on yesterday 5 Apr 2018 even through they provided temp cable connection for about 2 weeks.
Compensation : 3 weeks waiver of subscription fee only.
