I terminated the fibre broadband after 24 months contract end of last year. After which, I am not able to login to My Account with Hub id to retrieve my past months bills (up to 6 months bill). It said my Hub id is not link with a Starhub account and look like my BB account is no longer available.
How can I retrieve my bills from Jul 2017 to Dec 2017?
