My fibre broadband got installed yesterday, the technician came and after installing the hardware just went off. My internet is not working, router is blinking.
I called 1633 to starhub, they feedback will contact me after checking the problem. But nobody call back.
Just now, i call again to starhub. The staff told me that need to submit my case to another further department and need to wait for another 24 hours to have the feedback. He told me that this is not under his stuff. I did not expect this level of service from starhub.
Extremely disappointed starhub services.
