2 weeks ago, a Sales person from Starhub called to asked me to recontract my current maxinfinity plans and i opt to upgrade to homehub. He then schedule for a router installation on 1st March, Saturday, together with the delivery of the sim card for mobile broadband.
On the 1st March, my internet access was cut-off and nobody came to install the router as promised by the salesman on the phone. Only the sim card for the mobile broadband arrived. I called and check and found out that there wasn't any appointment schedule for the day. Which means to say, the sale person did not even book the appointment for me and i have waited a full day in vain and i had to reschedule all my other appointments.
I believe this is not the first time such a case has occurred. Please get back to me on this issue.
