No internet and cable tv from this morning. Nucleus modem with red blinking light. Called technical support twice. I have changed the fibre optic cable to no avail. Tried restarting multiple times. Only able to get the technical support to come tomorrow. Disappointed.

The technician from starhub came on monday and confirmed that there is no signal from my termination point. Now the issue have to be rectified by netlink. Netlink can only come down on thursday. Wow 3 working days for them to attend to customer. Sunday till thursday. No sense of urgency. Well done starhub!
