no internet access for 4 days, report on wednesday, toke 23hrs to call back to me and wait for another 3 day for the onsite service to come. tech came down trobleshoot only confirm is Open Net port issue.Signed off and i have to wait for OPen Net to call and book appiontment. And yet still charge me for transport charges $12.84 witout resolve the problem.
I'm sure the technicians would like to solve it for you if it is within their jurisdiction.

Have you tried a direct connection with your laptop/computer after restarting your modem/ONT and router separately to refresh network connection?
