I regretted signing up with starhub fibre.
I signed up at pcshow 2013 after waiting 4.5hrs.
Reason why i have to wait for so long, the pc show missed calling my number.
It was after i asked why is my queue no not called, they attended to me.
I was given a date today 20/6/2013 and time is 11am to 1pm at 1100pm 2 hours after PC show has ended.
I waited for the technician to come but no one came.
So i called in 1630 to ask. Here is the shocking story.
On their system, there was no appointment on their end.
Now they tried to arrange a July date.
And the customer service even dare to tell me that it was already stated the date is tentative.
Someone will call me if there is any change in appointment.
But this was not stated during signing up for pcshow 2013.
And no one even bother to reconfirm the appointment date.
This is one of the horrendous service ever provided by Starhub.
I have signed up M1 fibre before, there were no problems during pc shows nor installations.
Everything went as stated.
Right now, i am waiting for the call back from the so called pc show personnel and i like to request if there is no installation in the next few days, Starhub should annul this contract before it cannot provide the service as stated on the contact.
For those who are considering the service from Starhub Fibre, think twice.
I am not demanding. But certain standards of custoner service should be met
Starhub should stop screwing their own customers.

i had the same problem last year but they did came to install. now i wish they never come.
i am not getting what i am paying for!
