No Contact after Order Confirmation

Hi there,

 

I've just signed up for 1gbps Fibre Broadband on 28 November 2019. It stated that I will be contacted within 48hrs to arrange for installation of the service. 

 

However, till today, there is no call from Starhub. My order number is CR19112836450. 

 

Appreciate your help. Thanks.
