1633 never pick up .Staff not replying .Yesterday went to starhub store the staff know nothing and tell me go home and call 1633. Told me they don't have my nric but I'm a user its under my name , what? The staff online also cannot dm?? And the last bill I got is outstanding 40 dollars but when I went to store they told me 140. Huh. Okay whatever I just pay ,but why can't the internet connected back ? Do I really need to terminate my contract?
