Network down?

Hi

 

is the network down again? Have not been able to connect for the last hour and a half. What is going on? 

Called 1633 all busy. So timely. 

how to WFH?

I'm having problem with my WiFi too. Same as you, can't even connect to Starhub hotline no matter how many times I tried .... It feels like we are been ignored on purpose

If you have full control of your router, set dns to manual and use

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

as your dns servers.

 

starhub dns is really bad maintained.

You can try the following temporary resolution method.

 

Use Google DNS in Windows 10 – how to change Windows 10 DNS servers

Quick Steps:

Open the Control Panel from the Start menu
Click Network and sharing Center
Click Change adapter settings
Right click on your active network adapter & choose properties
Choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click properties
Enter the new DNS servers into the boxes under “Use the following DNS server addresses”
Set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

So when is this gonna be fixed? This does not help that you refer us to the Facebook page. To do what?

Hi Starhub,

 

I'm living in the west, network here down as well. When are you going to fix it.

Down for 2 hours already, like that how to WFH.

The suggestion is to open to a public network address is like opening your home to intruders. Does not work. 

Calling 1633 and Facebook pages is not helpful. They still ask you to call 1633.
