Currently, I am planning to move house, with 1-2 months contract left.
Afaik, the relocation fee alone would cost around at least $120 while cancelling the contract would cost around $70 (and would let me switch to other provider).
So, may I know what the options that I have available for my broadband and TV cable for me to keep using Starhub?
If you have completed 21 months of the contract period, you can do recontract.
Hence there is no need to do relocation as your contract is coming to the end.
By now sales staff should have contacted you for recontracting purpose.
If not, you can check out on for current promotions offering.
Such as 6 month free subscription on HomeHub 1000 plans, and other promotions.
Should you need assistance forum staff, also Starhub CS, will able to assist you.
As in my case i sign up as new to my new flat as part of my recontract special offer.
While i was still staying at my existing flat.
i am not starhub staff.
Thanks eric3743, for the info.
I called the Starhub's hotline, but they mentioned the 21-month early contract renewal is only applicable for the mobile phone, while for the broadband, I had to finish my 24-month contract.
Let me try to call the Starhub's hotline again, to verify with this new piece of information.
Maybe you could PM @Salehuddin_H or forum staff who reply here, with your personal details to have a look into your case.
At the same time you could check if there are any special offer to you by Starhub.
