Came back home today in the morning. Discovered a total internet outage fir fibre connection. Called Starhub for over an hour now with still no response no single agent answering the phone.
Please get your back end engineer to check and your tech to be onsite at the soonest possible. Just recently this month were experiencing intermittent issue now it's a total outage. StarHub is a company that sells services, what am I paying for when I don't get the services that I subscribed for?
Checked both wireless and wired connections. Able to receive DHCP from local gateway and it is pingable. Unable to view WAN IP information from local gateway(ISP not releasing WAN IP) Unable to ping anything outside local gateway(e.g google, yahoo)
