Late delivery for fibre broadband

Signed up on the 1gbps fibre broadband promotion and scheduled the delivery at 9-11 time slot, no news or call from StarHub regarding the delivery and no sign of the delivery even after 12. How long am I supposed to wait?

Have you tried calling them? My installation was late but I had a call from the installer to inform me. All worked out.

Have called and they said it’s because the system didn’t update the installation date. So have to wait for another day for the installation. Anyway thanks
