upgrade my fibre from 500 to 1GB. was told just change n plug will do... did accordingly but connection is not consistent sometime ok sometime no connection.
call 1636 every nite but were alway - continue to hold our customer service is still busy... why . i have to hold from 7pm till almost 8.30pm still cannot speak to anyone from 1633, this is the kind of poor support from starhub my phone bill going to be high due to this kind of phone support!
