Engineer came. Really happy!! But when he told me not a starhub problem, then happiness was cut short. He can't even give a date/time when the issue can be fixed. Just told me that he already emailed openet and it seems for him his job was done. Is there any SLA between openet and starhub??? This is my 4th day without internet and it's not like starhub going to waive the payment for the 4 days down time.
