The internet connection on my fiber broadband is terrible. It shows full bar connection on my devices but when I load anything, even simple things like whatsapp or google, it doesn't even load. I called your sales people and they said they cannot do anything about it since it appears to be okay on their end.
I've tried resetting it and even calling up dlink but none of the solution seems to work.
Would appreciate your assistance on this. Thank you.
