I am experiencing some internet connectivity issue
Encounter the error "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET"
Reset modem/router etc all not working
Is there something wrong with you DNS server?
Yes I can ping 22.214.171.124.
Now the problem seem to have gone
I will be monitoring it and if any issue will post here again
your Fibre internet connection very unstable since last night
It keep dropping on and off
I try to ping 126.96.36.199 and sometime it will encounter request timed out

SH FB group also got pple complaining abt it and even the official website is having some issue

So I think you guys need to check with your network engineers
the internet connection has been intermittent after since "maintence on 30/11/2015 from 2am-6am."
please inform your engineer than ask us to call starhub hotline.
Well if you are not going provide StarHub your account information, how do you expect them to assist you?
Internet connectivity is an issue that can happen due to several factor, hence if we provide our account information your ISP can check your connectivity based on your location, device etc....
I am also having issue connecting to Xbox Live via Starhub Fibre, Internet is working fine. Just had a call with Starhub technical support and he mentioned that today they have high call volume from Fibre users reporting of various issues connecting to different sites. I suspect they made some changes at the backend that caused this. Hope they resolve this soon.
