Hello, I'm having trouble with my starhub broadband connection. We are android phone users and we are having intermittent connection issues. I've been subscribed for a month now.
Hi @hp1998, sorry to hear about this. Are you only experiencing the intermittent connection on your phones? Please try to reboot both your ONT and router and also your mobile phone to see if the issue persists.
I'm having the same intermittent internet disconnected issue since I changed to SmartWifi some two months back.
Everyday had a few episodes of connect to Wifi but not internet for several devices, laptops, tablet and iphone.
Had tried resetting both ONT and mesh routers but problem still persisted.
