Installation of Fibre Plan

I make the subcription of fibre plan with starhub phone operator 3 weeks ago. Installation date should be on 22/06/2013 ( if i am not remember wrongly ) but nobody came. I called 1633 to verify. Phone operator said that they will inform sale agent to call me within 24 hr. Still no call from them now.

 

I called 1633 just now ( 5:00pm 24/06/13 ) and verify the installation appointment date but their reply is need to wait for another 48hr until the sale agent to contact me........?!!! Why another 48hrs !!!

I have the same experience as you. They didn't even have the records that you have the appointment.
