Incorrect monthly bills and repeated failures to fix it

My 39.90/month bill suddenly jumped to 150.00 under some "MaxInfinity 500Mbps Speedboost" I didnt sign up for.

I have received 3 promises from your billing support agents that I will received a call from them in 48 hours, yet a month has passed with no replies. 

 

Guys, i dont know what you should feel about yourselves not being able to fix a simple billing error in a month and half Smiley Happy

My issue was fixed after 4 months ish Smiley Happy 

The problem I had was, i was under a contract with some promotional clauses that Starhub was free to retract from. Of course the original price of the service was not specified in my contract. 

It took me a fair bit of fighting and noise making to get the stuff fixed. My bill is still around a dollar off today Smiley Happy

Did they fix your bills? They've been doing this to me recently too. From $70 shoot up to $180! Absolutely despicable. Two weeks later and they haven't fixed my bill.
