I can't believe it, WITHOUT changing any setting,,, it's NOT working AGAIN.

 

Pretty sure now it's a Starhub problem !

I'm pretty sure this is not our issue
Have checked with our engineer as well
Mine has been stable all the time on Linksys

Will we be able to get ipv6 is the computer is connected directly to ONT? just to see if its the router causing the issue

ok, will try when it is down.

 

So far last night and this morning, IPv6 is good to go.

When the site mentions IPv6 is down,

- are you able to perform traceroute -6 www.google.com?

- do you still obtain IPv6 address from your router and terminal?

How do we check for ipv6 on ONT itself?

ONT is a layer 2 device and any IP addresses used by subscribers are pass-through to a layer 3 device like router or PC/laptop.

 

There's no IPv6 on ONT, you either check at the router, or PC/laptop.

Can't assume that you have IPv6.

 

You need to do a test :

https://ipv6-test.com/ 

 

https://ipv6test.google.com/
