I renewed mine starhub contract like last month or so and so far the FB experience has been horrible to say the least.

Every night, while watching YouTube, it would hang or just time out. Every Saturday , it would either time out or the connection just drop.
I have tried what your engineer say, power off the modem and ont and then power it back on. Initially it was ok, couple of minutes or hours later, the connection just drops or timeout.
Can someone from starhub please give me a call on this? I am paying money for some proper service and not some 3rd world service ISP.
