I am being charged additional Internet TV charges of ~$10 since October 2019. Have not signed up for it, will StarHub auto signup without customer consent?

Hi @kart_starhub, I apologize for this, but I assure you that StarHub does not automatically sign-up its customers to any service. I advise that you please contact us on either Facebook or Twitter as this requires us to refer to your account details to check the additional charges you incurred.
