Getting under delivered speed for 3 months

Hi all

As I have already recontracted to 1Gbps Dual Broadband from MaxInifinity 300Mbps around April period. I have already stuck with speed of 400/500 for 3 months already.

I have contacted the Starhub Tech Support several times and got different answers
1st: Your router / device could not reach 1Gbps 
I have bring my router and laptop to my friends place and it is able to reach 900+Mbps - M1 1Gbps Plan.

2nd: Will check with back-end engineer  
Replied that the issue is with OpenNet and have log a case. However, have checked with OpenNet hotline, no case is logged. 

Could somebody enlighten me on this?
