Fibre doesn't work

Hello, I can't use my StarHub fibre from last night to now.

I turned off the router DCM712 for more than 5 mins. There's no light 'online' in the router.

Please help me to use my internet!!!

 

This is my broadband info:

Mac/Circuit ID : 6C72209F0015

Address: 570 Macpherson...

My house broadband not working...connection to server failed (008) code... who can help??? Who have the number to call Starhub technical service?

Thank you, I managed to get Techical support on 1633 call and settled the issue.
