I need the technical dept to call me and tell what is the problem with my newly sign up fibre broadband! Intermittent for the past 5 days! I do not need you to say sorry! I am paying the monthly subscription without any delay! I don't pay the monthly subscription to hear you saying sorry! What I want is very simple, I pay you for the product and you deliver the product to me! And not deliver a faulty product product to me and insist there isn't any fault! Fix it!
