Hi, I am a subscriber of MaxInfinity 300 Mbps fibre broadband service. I am relocating to a new place this weekend and so I want to relocate the fibre broadband service too. I was reading through the community posts here regarding relocation fee and was shocked to see the fees charged. I find it too high and it will definitely take a toll on my budget. Can you guys do something to waive off the relocation fee to some extent. If needed I am ready to extend my contract period with the same plan. I want to continue using the starhub services. Hoping to hear from you guys soon. Thanks.

In my case, it happened that my recontract is due.
So i did a recontract, or rather, sign-up to my new flat without any installation &or reallocation charges.
i am not starhub staff &or related to.
