Fibre broadband relocation (Issues/ No call back)

I've been calling from the 2nd of December asking for a call back to schedule an appointment with the relocation technician. 

 

I call back the customer care number nearly every day begging for a call back. Unlike the other posters, I am not quibbling about the relocation fee but really desperate for some help now. I'm moving today and still no call from the technical team.

 

Are they so busy or is Starhub forgotten it's duty of care?
