My home 1Gbps fibre connection has been down since last night when I was trying to connect to my home wifi. Tried restarting my modem and router but even as of now (morning 630am), it still shows on my phone "no internet connection" when I go to my wifi settings. There's been no outage report that I could find on Starhub's official channels?
Hi user12345, are you still facing the issue? When you restart your modem/router, did you switch it off from the main power outlet for about 5 - 10 mins? - Han
Hi thanks for leaving a reply! I didn't do both together; tried switching off and on the power last night, and this morning I restarted the modem & router but I didn't wait 5-10 mins. It didn't work but now at night, it's working again!
