Hi, it would be appreciated if starhub could speed up their findings for my fibre broadband connection issue.
1gbmps not working in the optimal way. I have already called in to open a case and sent a email on those speed test screenshot.
And FIY I have been calling starhub since wednesday and technician says no problems with my connection, same for friday morning technician still says no problem with my modem signal.
However on friday night when I call in to run a speedtest with a technican on the phone line, technician were to say there's a disruption to my bandwidth.
Whats this ?! Ever since Wednesday connection is crappy!
