Hi. I believe this problem started mid Oct.
I first noticed every 10 mins or so, the internet connection drops while surfing. I would then disconnect the wireless access and reconnect back and the issue will be resolved, until some 10 mins later.
I have also noticed this problem on another laptop.
I have rebooted the ONT and the wireless AP but this does not solve the problem. Can someone help me?
There are some options to try out.
**Connect computer to ONT directly via lan cable.
Monitor to see if connection is stable or not.
If stable then there is possible Router is having problem.
If not stable contact Starhub, next option.
Call 1633 direct to Broadband tech support line 24/7, not cs.
Inform the staff on your connection issue.
They can check your connection at their backend.
If not do request to refresh your IP and follow their procedure.
Contact when the problem exist so they can confirm.
++Do note that wireless issue is due to router.
There may have to update the latest router firmware, if any.
Restart both ONT & Router connected to.
As this Router serve as a gateway and primary routing functions.

I have similar problem since Oct 2017 with intermittent connection. The PON light is off and keep on resetting itself. I have changed to a new Dlink 880L router but problem persist.

Since Oct/Nov, my fibre modem suffered intermitent drop off for
5-10mins, each night may happened several time. I took the advice from
Strahub, update the router firmware, resetting both router and and modem
but to no avail.
I even bought a new router Dlink 880L but the problem persisted. This
time I took a pic and the PON light is off, causing the internet to drop
ogg. The Nucleus Connect was seen trying to reset to get the PON light
on. Then the internet is ok for a while. It may drop of again.
