StarHub personnel had called me various times，I had explained to them which I was instructed by their technical personnel to test on my Fibre internet speed through the modem not through wireless , the results already forwarded to them but they still insisted that I was testing through wireless instead..
I’m a bit disappointed until today unable to rectify the problem
