Can you check the connection in punggol area. Having this problem for a week already. It is very frustrating when connection keep on disconnected. Can starhub check properly. Pay money and cannot use at all. Dont say solved when it is not.

Have you restarted your modem/ONT and router and is this issue occurring on your wireless or wired connection?
