Hello, is there anyone that can help me to terminate the Fibre Boradband (1Gb)?
I moved out from my old HDB apartment in the end of Nov 2019 (sold out). I tried a lot of times to call 1633 to terminate the broadband but not sucessful. Unitl now I found that I might get some help from here.
Since the broadband cannot be terminated, Starhub continues sending me the outstanding receipt while I have not used this broadband from the end of Nov 2019.
Please help me to terminate it. Thanks.
