My connection is from:
Starhub -> fibre -> modem -> CAT5e -> ASUS AC88 -> CAT5e -> Laptop
The picture speed test is conducted from the laptop.
Any comments to improve it ?

Suggest to use > Starhub Local Speedtest
Starhub accept their speedtest result.
That speedtest website is connected to only 1 server which is not Starhub.
i am not starhub staff.

Hi Tacl75, have you tried powering off and on the main power to your router and ONT/modem to refresh the signal?

Problem resolved. It was due to my laptop nic card issue. Managed to get download speed = upload speed now. Cheers!
