As per update from my backend engineers, the issue has been resolved. Could you check if you are able to update your apps via Wifi?
When did your backend Engineer told you? From what I know, is still not resolve last night. I will checked tonight.
When you are home today, please power off and on your ONT and Home Gateway. You should be able to start downloading and updating apps after doing so.
Good to know that you are able to download and update your apps on Wifi.
