DC from fibre

Hi,

 

I had issues with my fibre since last Fri night.  Called D link twice to attepmt to solve the issue. Connect was back on sat afternoon after 2 long technical calls with D link. Upgraded the soft ware to 2.10 on 2nd call. However, internet down again on sat night after I came back from dinner. 

 

It has been on/off since then. attemptedhard reset, soft reset on D link as well.

 

Please advise.
