I have filled up my particulars in order to convert to Fibre BB.
However, the CS called my dad instead of me even when my number was inputted in the fields.
My dad has also inform the CS to contact me at my mobile instead as he would like to to liase with CS to upgrade the BB connection, but no call was made to my number after a week.
Usually in most cases they will contact the subscriber according to the details in their system and may not contact others to avoid unnecessary issue.
For to contact you separately you may have to write to Starhub and provide the subscriber details via link to; >> Send private message to Starhub CS
Please submit and provide with the following information;
Registered subscriber full Name, NRIC/FIN number, account (if any) and your contact & email.
