I am having problems receiving the new replacement channel for Discovery Channel. All i see is the termination screen. 1633 was not able to resolve my problem. All they can do is to reset n asked me to reboot the set top box. My neighbor is also having the same problem. Extremely disappointed with Starhub after being a loyal hubber for countless years. Anyone facing the se problem?

Are you tune to the correct channels numbering on the replacement channels.
Please refer to point 2. Will you be offering me any new channels as an alternative to all the channels that are ceased?
The Replacement channels are listed on the right-most column title: Alternative Channels.
Do note that is provided you are subscribed to the Channel Group of the Basic Tiers.
Whereas the affected channels that are ceased are listed on the left column.
Also do note that there are > Free Preview of over 30 channels over five genres from 11 June to 15 July 2018; as stated.

I got a letter from Starhub on Curiosity (ch 422). Yet i cannot receive. My subscription is valid. Sigh!!
This Curiosity (ch 422) is new and yet to be available as stated on 3 July 2018, today.
Maybe do wait a bit later for the official launch timing.

Think it is lauching now as the channel name is changing just... monitoring.
