I have been using starhub broadband service and contract will be ended in 2 weeks (under previous house). I recently moved house, so I contracted new broadband + TV service with Starhub. When can I terminate existing broadband service and return the OMT device? only allowed after contract end date not to get early termination charge?
As I already moved house, the existing broadband is no longer using, so I want to terminate ASAP.
