There is 2 connection of the broadband 2.4GHz & 5GHz
it always show incorrect entering password for 2.4GHz connection but is ok for 5GHz
I am very confirm that I input the correct password by confirm the password thru admin web.
any solution for this issue?

Are you using DLink routers.
Please do update the firmware if you have not done so.
Updating to latest firmware may resolve this issue.
Please read any notes available.
Login to router settings require username and password which is the same on the white label sticker on your router.
