Bad service experience - poor reception and broken promises

The so called fibre broadband is worse off than cable. Cannot even get reception in open room that is 10 steps away! Hopeless and been waiting for 3 months to get it fixed and still get disappointed.

Get pushed around frm sales to technical team to general line and back to technical.. Did not even get to enjoy any decent service since installation on 28 February.

Want to terminate but kena cancellation fee of sgd 600+.

Should I go to the press or Case to get issue fixed?

Please help.

Desperately and hopelessly helpless and at the mercy of StarHub.
