I would understand if there are technical issues with the network infrastructure but based on what the agent said that there are none. Troubleshot the issue over the phone for 55.5 minutes with no conclusion on what has been causing the issue. Upon going through this community I found out that i am not alone. Come on Starhub, we are paying you with 100% on our bill kindly do your part, 800mbps is not even 100% but I am good with that just dont give us 95mbps because you are not cutting our bill by 90%. I am supposed to work from home yesterday and today then your speed is killing it.

Guys if any of you have this kind of issue kindly run a speed test either from the starhub site or speedtest.net and run the test using wired connection with your location and speed then post it so starhub can take a look and pin point where the issue is with regards to their network infrastructure.
