Did you follow the instruction to do update the versions one by one.
If your current version is too outdated, there is a need to update to next version and so on.

After firmware updated there is a need to do factory reset.
Have you missed this step.
Latest firmware version require password to login to router setting.
The password is the same as stated on the router white label.

Thanks for your help, I tried did a factory reset
and now if i connect directly via cable to the ONT it shows below speed
I am on a Infinity 200 Mbps and suppose upgrade to 500Mbps also
