After 3 weeks the same thing happened again at 1400hrs today (02 Jan 2017).
I had logged in a case with Starhub call center.
The router reported that "ISP DHCP did not function properly"
I'm now on Starhub Static DNS. It's slow.
How can this keeps happening ??!!
Morning it's 75% up and 25% down
Afternoon degraded to 66% down and 33% up
Now worst! It's 75% down and only 25% up!!!
And worse, no one responds and no replying!

Yes, the technical manger had called and the issue is rectified.
What I want to understand is why the problem keeps coming back ?
It always solved by flushing IP out or resetting from your end, can this be done on a regular basis during silent hour so that my service will not be disrupted ?
