It has been 3 month since I install the opennet modem etc... Till today, I still did not hear from Starhub on the activation of my fibre broadband service!!! WHAT HAPPEN????? I called many times and all I got was "No Reply or Schedule" from Opennet guys!!! And what has it got to do with Open Net!!!! I sign up a expensive plan and what I got is "NO REPLY" "NO TIME" Such an disgrace from a big company!
